Translation:
Al-Tawwaab and Al-Raheem are two of the 99 Beautiful Names of Allah
Al-Tawwaab: The One who accepts our tawba (return). When we return to Allah in repentance after committing a misdeed, Allah accepts our return.
Al-Raheem: The Most Merciful
Al-Tawwaab is mostly paired with Al-Raheem in the Quran, because the two attributes are related. Allah accepts our return because He is The Most Merciful.
The two related Names have been paired together in the following verses:
‘Except for those who repent and correct themselves and make evident [what they concealed]. Those - I will accept their repentance, and I am the Accepting of repentance, the Merciful.’ - Quran 2:160
‘O you who have believed, avoid much [negative] assumption. Indeed, some assumption is sin. And do not spy or backbite each other. Would one of you like to eat the flesh of his brother when dead?
