Translation:

Al-Samee and Al-Aleem are two of the 99 Beautiful Names of Allah

Al-Samee: The All- Hearing, The Ever-Listening. The One who hears everything - every word, every voice, thought, and secret. He listens to everything perfectly and without limits.

Al-Aleem: The All-Knowing. The One Who Knows the past, the present, the future, the hidden and the open, the unseen, the unheard and the unknown. The One Who Knows with certainty all details of all matters.

The two Names have been paired in the following verses:

“And [mention] when Abraham was raising the foundations of the House and [with him] Ishmael, [saying], ‘Our Lord, accept [this] from us. Indeed You are the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.’ (Quran 2:127)

“Then whoever alters the bequest after he has heard it - the sin is only upon those who have altered it. Indeed, Allah is All-Hearing and All-Knowing.” (Quran 2:181)

“[Mention, O Muhammad], when the wife of 'Imran said, ‘My Lord, indeed I have pledged to You what is in my womb, consecrated [for Your service], so accept this from me. Indeed, You are the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.’” (Quran 3:35)
